St. Paul's Preschool provides learning experiences to help a child build a strong foundation for future success. Children explore various centers to gain knowledge and skills in science, language, math, art, drama, small motor manipulatives and practical life. Our class routine combines child directed and teacher directed activities as well as small and large group activities, in a creative, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

In addition, SPUMC Preschool offers a unique approach for the spiritual education of children. The Good Shepherd Program uses Montessori techniques and materials, as well as scripture, prayer and parables to help the child develop a relationship with our living God. This experience occurs in a quiet, meditative, yet interactive environment.

Besides enjoying play and interaction with other children on a safe and exciting playground, the children also enjoy explorative learning in a natural setting with a creek, pond, waterfalls, walking trails, and many trees.
